Consulting Services
Strategic business planning- Tim will coach you and
your team as you prepare your annual business plan. He can provide
you with a simple format, as well as tools and techniques that
will make the process more productive. He will also facilitate
the work sessions if necessary.
Human resource planning and management- this
is a customized service and could include any or all of the
following: recruitment and retention training, succession planning,
internal personnel audits, one-on-one interviews with staff,
etc. The purpose is to design a plan to maximize human capital.
Business problem solving- Tim is an experienced
facilitator of group interventions, such as Workout and other
powerful methods of creative problem solving. He will work with
your staff to determine the root cause of problems, and help
you find ways to solve them.
Training program development- Depending on
the needs, Tim can help you develop your own training program,
and train your trainers to conduct the workshops. He can also
deliver your training for you.
Leadership coaching- Tim has extensive experience
in the coaching of executives, and mid-management leaders. They
will first conduct several assessments and then meet with the
candidate to map out a strategy for the coaching relationship.
